Hey there! I'm Julie, the face behind the screen, and I'm so glad you're here.

I live in California with my wonderful husband and our three dogs, who keep life full of love and energy. Family, faith, fitness, and staying connected to my small community are a big part of who I am - and those values carry into everything I do, including how I show up for my clients.

My Background

Before becoming a Virtual Assistant, I was a collegiate student-athlete competing in both indoor and beach volleyball. Balancing athletics and academics taught me discipline, time management, and how to stay focused under pressure.

After graduating, I began my career as a Registered Behavior Technician, working closely with individuals and families. I later transitioned into education and spent two years substitute teaching K–12 across three different school districts - walking into a new classroom nearly every day, adapting quickly, leading, and keeping things running smoothly. During this time I also coached volleyball, mentoring athletes as they grew both on and off the court.

Why I Do This Work

These experiences strengthened my ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and support others in reaching their goals. I've always been someone who loves understanding how things work behind the scenes — how systems connect and how the small details keep everything moving forward.

For over a year now I've been supporting business owners as a Virtual Assistant - and a big part of that journey has been working with real estate agents and coaches. Helping them manage their day-to-day operations, stay on top of their CRM, and show up consistently for their clients is work I genuinely love.
