About Me
Hey there! I’m Julie, the face behind the screen, and I’m so glad you’re here.
I live in California with my wonderful husband and our three dogs, who keep life full of love and energy. Family, faith, fitness, and staying connected to my small community are a big part of who I am.
I also love life’s simple things - spending time outside in the fresh air, sharing laughs with friends, and investing in my health and well-being.
My Journey
Before becoming a Virtual Assistant, I was a collegiate student-athlete competing in both indoor and beach volleyball. Balancing athletics and academics taught me discipline, time management, and how to stay focused under pressure.
After graduating, I began my career as a Registered Behavior Technician, working closely with individuals and families. I later transitioned into education and spent two years substitute teaching K–12 across three different school districts. Nearly every day I walked into a new classroom, meeting new students and adapting to new environments where I needed to quickly step in, lead, and keep things running smoothly.
During this time, I also coached volleyball, continuing my love for the sport while mentoring and supporting athletes as they grew both on and off the court.
These experiences strengthened my ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and support others in reaching their goals. I’ve also always been someone who enjoys understanding how things work behind the scenes—how systems run, how processes connect, and how the small details keep everything moving forward.
For over a year now, I’ve been supporting business owners as a Virtual Assistant, helping manage the day-to-day tasks that keep their businesses running smoothly.
At the heart of it all, I simply love helping people. Whether it was guiding students and athletes or now supporting business owners, I find joy in making things easier so others can focus on what matters most.
